How soon can you start delivering our program?

For many programs, we can begin delivering within two weeks.

What is included in a typical program?

Our programs are customized to the individual or organization but there are typical themes that we apply to all. Your program will include an intake chat to understand the needs, your goal(s) and the timing desired. You will receive curated learning objectives, development and in most cases, delivery of the entire program.

What is the duration for a training session?

Many of our programs have sessions ranging from 60-120 minutes. We know that work doesn’t stop for training sessions. Our approach is to provide topic areas in manageable chunks. We don’t want to cram too many concepts into one day.

How much will it cost?

The learning programs Elevate develops and delivers are all customized. That said, all of our clients receive the same pricing structure, so there is no guesswork when adding additional session to a program. Fees in our proposals include, development, delivery, assessments (if needed,) and for our virtual offerings, a producer.

Why do you recommend follow-up sessions after the initial program launch?

You are making an investment in your team and to get the most out of the investment, teams often need time to apply what they learned – and sometimes, they might need a brief refresher on concepts learned.

What if I want to deliver your training programs using my own Learning & Development teams?

For large organizations, it is often preferred to send in-house, qualified trainers for a “Train-The-Trainer” session to learn the materials, stories, engagement points, etc., and then be able to deliver and own the training. Elevate does produce and sell customized training for clients, it is usually cost-prohibitive to most organizations.
